We would very much like to receive further newsletters and wish to congratulate you all on the new building and the sponsorship it involved. Thankyou too for very well made comments 'Effective Early Intervention ........' The YWCA Women's and Families Shelter has struggled to "pick up the pieces" for over 25 years as a safe transitional service for women alone and increasingly for women with young families. The women and situations are increasingly severe and acute. A lack of early intervention across at least 2 generations of parenting is a cause of the continuing need for the women's Shelter as we experience it.
