Libby Robins (director)
Libby has a background in Social Work and Psychotherapy and has the ANZASW competency certificate. A founding director, she manages the operations of the Trust, and has a passion for developing and implementing early intervention services. She is a Winston Churchill fellow recipient 2011.

Bill Pringle (practice manager)
Bill has been a social worker since 1983, and prior to joining us in August 2002 had spent 16 years with CYF. Bill is in charge of social worker competence and training, and is the point of intake for referrals. He has a Bachelor of Social Work degree and is a member of ANZASW.

Jeanette Patrick (office administrator)
A vital cog in our operations, Jeanette looks after the day-to-day financials, manages the huge amount of paperwork, and helps ensure staff can easily communicate with clients and each other.

Angela McCall (transcriber/data inputter)
Angela transcribes casenotes dictated by social workers, placing them in the database. She also enters client progress report data from social workers' forms into the database.

Dawn Jefferies (reg social worker)
Dawn attended CPIT as an adult student and attained both her Certificate and Diploma in Social Services and has now achieved registration. She has a real passion for working with families.

Cathie Tatupu (reg social worker)
Cathie has worked at Family Help Trust for over eight years. She is a NZ Registered Social Worker who enjoys the challenge of working with high risk families.

Karen Brown (social worker)
Karen has 4 adult tamariki and 3 beautiful mokopuna. She was Rehua Marae based for many years, and has 28 years experience in social work, counselling, supervision and ANZASW competency. She was awarded a Queens Service Medal for work to the community in 1990.

Christy Macgregor (social worker) Has completed a Bachelor of Social Work with honors at Canterbury University. Has a passion for working with children and their families, as well as with young offenders.

Susan Richards (social worker)
Susan was a part-time social worker with us until January 2005 when she became full-time. She has a Diploma in Social Services from CPIT.  Susan has a particular interest in child boundaries and motivation of new behaviours

Tiriana Te Pakeke (social worker)
Tiriana has 17 years experience as a social worker in areas including Probation, Child Youth and Family and the alcohol and drug field. She has a post graduate Diploma in social and community work, and particularly enjoys working with Maori whanau.

Anne Galloway (HIPPY co-ordinator)
Anne is a trained teacher who has taught in many different settings. Anne is passionate about addressing the education deficit that is apparent in some of our children when they start school.

Bunty Crowe (Hippy Tutor)
I am 23yrs old and have a son, Tomorangi, who has just started school. I have been a Hippy Tutor since February 2012 and enjoy the role as I feel I am making a positive difference in the community.

Awa Edwards (Hippy Tutor)
I have two wonderful children, Ocean (8) and Layla-Leigh (4). I have been working for Hippy since Feb 2012 and have found it an inspirational learning experience

Elaine Sheehan
After 13 years of outstanding service with us as a Social Worker, Elaine retired in May 2010. Her dedication and special character is sorely missed.

Maggie joined the Trust in 2003 and apart from a small break in UK, worked for us until her resignation this year - 2012.  Maggie has been a loyal and competent social worker and we will miss her.
